Freesimpro ("The Service") is provided strictly on an "as-is" basis. By accessing this website, you acknowledge that you are doing so voluntarily and at your own risk. We assume no responsibility for your use of the service, nor for any consequences arising from such use.

2. Service Limitations

2.1 No Guarantee of Service

We do not guarantee that the eSIM service, data connection, or website will function at any specific time or location. We are not responsible for network failures, data throttling, or technical errors caused by third-party carriers.

2.2 User Responsibility

It is your sole responsibility to ensure your device is compatible. If the service does not work, we accept no liability.

3. No Personal Data or Payment Collection

For the avoidance of doubt, the Free Trial provided by Freesimpro is completely complimentary.

  • No Payment Info: We do not request, store, or process credit card numbers, bank details, or billing addresses.
  • No Personal ID: We do not require passports, government IDs, or KYC (Know Your Customer) documents.

You acknowledge that any third party requesting payment or sensitive personal information purporting to be Freesimpro is fraudulent and not affiliated with us. We accept no liability for scams conducted by third parties.

4. Zero Liability Policy

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL FREESIMPRO BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. WE DO NOT ACCEPT RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY LOSS, FINANCIAL OR OTHERWISE, INCURRED BY THE USE OF THIS SITE.

5. Non-Refundable Nature

All services are provided free of charge or on a non-refundable basis. Once a QR code is generated, the transaction is final. We do not offer support, refunds, or compensation for any reason.

6. Right to Terminate

We reserve the right to ban any user, terminate any eSIM profile, or discontinue the service entirely at any time, without notice and without explanation.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Freesimpro harmless from any claims or demands made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

8. Voluntary Use & Jurisdictional Waiver

IMPORTANT: READ CAREFULLY

8.1 No Governing Law: This Service operates independently and does not submit to the specific jurisdiction or laws of any single country, state, or territory. By using this Service, you waive your right to cite the laws of your local jurisdiction against us.

8.2 Sole Remedy: If you are dissatisfied with the Service, the website, or these Terms, your sole and exclusive remedy is to discontinue using the Service and exit the website immediately. You agree that you shall have no right to take legal action against Freesimpro.

9. Final Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Freesimpro. No other representations or warranties, whether written or oral, shall be deemed binding.
